A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation from us via email. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues.
Our store operates in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are automatically shown in your local currency where supported, and you can change currency anytime using the switcher in the footer. Your order is charged in the currency shown at checkout.
Applicable sales tax will be applied based on your location during checkout.
Orders shipped outside of Canada may incur customs duties and import taxes. EU customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, handling fees, or customs charges. These are not included in our product prices.
Important: Parcels returned due to unpaid customs duties are not eligible for refund.
We use Printify to fulfill all orders. Most items are produced and shipped from the U.S. However, for EU customers, orders may be rerouted and fulfilled from within the EU to avoid delays and reduce customs issues.
Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination and product. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, our free U.S. shipping offer applies only to eligible orders shipping to a U.S. address, placed in U.S. dollars (USD), with a cart subtotal of $100 USD or more after discounts and before taxes, shipping, customs duties, import fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges.
Free shipping applies to standard outbound shipping only. It does not apply to orders shipping to Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or other international destinations. It also does not cover return shipping, replacement shipping caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address, customs duties, taxes, import fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges.

Warranty (Directive 1999/44/EC):
All apparel (e.g. Gildan 18000) is covered by a 2-year legal warranty for defects for customers in the EU and Northern Ireland.

Except where required by law (like the 2-year EU defect warranty), all products are provided “as-is” without guarantees. We do not guarantee the fit, colour accuracy, or delivery timing beyond what’s stated at checkout.
We may terminate or suspend access to our site or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. However, if you reside in the EU, your local consumer protections still apply.
