Welcome to The Gnarly Vegan Co. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases you make. Please read them carefully. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation from us via email. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues.
All prices are listed in CAD by default. Depending on your location, we may show prices in your local currency via our currency switcher.
Applicable sales tax will be applied based on your location during checkout.
Orders shipped outside of Canada may incur customs duties and import taxes. EU customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, handling fees, or customs charges. These are not included in our product prices.
⚠️ Important: Parcels returned due to unpaid customs duties are not eligible for refund.
We use Printify to fulfill all orders. Most items are produced and shipped from the U.S. However, for EU customers, orders may be rerouted and fulfilled from within the EU to avoid delays and reduce customs issues.
Shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination and product. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Warranty (Directive 1999/44/EC):
All apparel (e.g. Gildan 18000) is covered by a 2-year legal warranty for defects for customers in the EU and Northern Ireland.
As a POD (Print-On-Demand) store, items are made to order. This typically excludes them from cancellation and return rights unless:

Except where required by law (like the 2-year EU defect warranty), all products are provided “as-is” without guarantees. We do not guarantee the fit, colour accuracy, or delivery timing beyond what’s stated at checkout.
We may terminate or suspend access to our site or services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. However, if you reside in the EU, your local consumer protections still apply.
