If something’s wrong with your order (wrong size, damaged item, etc.), email us with photos within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right, promise. If Printify routed your order and there’s a quality issue, we’ll file a claim for you.

All products sold to consumers in the EU and Northern Ireland include:
A 2-year legal warranty under Directive 1999/44/EC, covering goods that are faulty, defective, or not as described.
A 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, allowing you to return your item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

Our Policy (U.S. & Canada):
The Gnarly Vegan Co. does not offer an additional commercial warranty, but we do accept claims for misprints, defects, or mis-shipped items reported within 7 days of delivery.
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, send us a photo and your order number. If it checks out, we’ll send a replacement or refund you.
If your item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase, Contact Us and we’ll hook you up with a one-time refund of the difference. We can do this through Stripe (our main payment processor), Apple Pay, or Afterpay — all support partial refunds. Just give us your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe), Apple Pay, and Afterpay. We do not currently support PayPal.
Only one discount code can be used per order.
Sometimes packages are scanned early. Give it 48 hours. Still missing? Check with neighbors or your local courier. If you’re still stuck, Contact Us.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier and Printify to find a solution. If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t get it, we can’t refund or replace, so consider shipping to a secure location if possible.
Yes. Our t-shirts use Bella+Canvas 3001 tees made with 100% Airlume cotton in eco-conscious facilities. Hoodies and sweatshirts use Gildan’s Heavy Blend series (18000 & 18500), crafted with U.S. cotton and OEKO-TEX-certified polyester. Mugs are BPA and lead-free, dishwasher and microwave safe. We print with water-based, vegan inks, and always aim for sustainable, minimal-waste production.
Our products are printed and fulfilled by Printify partners based mostly in the USA and Europe. We use Printify’s order routing to automatically choose the provider closest to you to speed things up and reduce emissions.
We use print-on-demand production to avoid overstock waste. Our packaging is lightweight, recyclable, and we partner with print providers who prioritize eco-friendly practices.
