We want you to be totally stoked with your purchase. If you’re not, no worries — you have rights, and we’re here to make it easy.

 

General Return Policy

As a print-on-demand (POD) business, each product is made especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or other subjective reasons. Please double-check sizing, colours, and product details before ordering.

We can only accept returns or issue replacements if your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Order Cancellation Page within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos and a description of the issue.

 

EU Customers: Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the EU, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein still have a 14-day statutory right to cancel an order after receiving it, under EU consumer protection laws.

  • To exercise this right, please complete our Order Cancellation Form.
  • You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us.
  • You are responsible for return shipping under the Right of Withdrawal.
  • We will refund the cost of the item and standard delivery charges once the goods are received.

 

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or report an issue, please complete our Order Cancellation Form. Once submitted, we’ll review your request and respond with next steps.

 

Return Shipping – Important

  • Return shipping is only covered if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If a return is required, we’ll provide a return address. POD items are not sent back to the printer.
  • We recommend using recorded or registered post for tracking.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if a return is approved or your item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

 

Cancellation Form

If you are an EU customer and wish to cancel under your withdrawal rights, please complete our Order Cancellation Form.

 

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your issue is resolved.

 

Faulty Items

  • Let us know within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives faulty or damaged (for non-EU customers). EU customers may exercise their statutory rights as outlined above.
  • Contact us through our Order Cancellation Page with a description and photo(s).

 

Important Info

  • Customers outside the USA may be charged customs duties/taxes. These are your responsibility.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees on returned goods will result in non-refunded shipments.

 

Return Address

We do not accept returns at our print provider’s facilities. If a return is approved, we’ll provide you with the appropriate return address.
